You are solely responsible for any data stored on your device. We accept no liability for loss or corruption of data, and it is your responsibility to back up your information.

When sending a damaged device, our technicians may need to open it for diagnosis or repair, which carries some risk of minor damage. While we take every precaution, if significant damage occurs, we will offer a replacement or repair.

We are not responsible for issues caused by previous repairs.

For screen or home button repairs, we do not guarantee that Touch ID, fingerprint or Face ID features will function after the repair.

Our LCD warranty does not cover the following issues:

• LCD line issue.
• Black spot / ink bleeding.
• Dead pixels.
• Cracked or broken LCD.
• Water damage.
• Impact, pressure, bending or accidental damage.

Please back up or wipe your data before sending your device. We do not guarantee data retention and do not offer data recovery services.

Pin locks and passwords must be removed before repair.

Remove SIM cards and accessories, as we are not liable for their loss.

System updates (iOS/Android) may be necessary to complete the repair.

By sending your device to us, you release us from any claims regarding the device, stored data or media used with the device.

We are not responsible for data security, confidentiality or protection.

Devices not collected within 30 days of notification, whether written or verbal, will be disposed of at our discretion.

No claims will be accepted after this period.

A RM50 charge applies for software diagnosis or restoration for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices upon agreement.

We are not responsible for data loss.

Repairs and services come with a 30-day warranty from the collection notification date.

Diagnosis and repairs will be performed according to the provided checklist.
